    We at Safeco Home Inspections Inc., have been serving the Chicagoland and Suburban areas since 1999.

    With over 20 years of experience we take great pride in being committed to high standards to help buyers and sellers make real estate transaction decisions based on accurate, objective information. Our inspections are a direct result of training and experience.

    Our training comes from continuous education in construction defect recognition through seminars, monthly meetings, trade publications, and other resource materials.

    This keeps us current with the latest in technology, materials, and professional skills.

    Our experience comes from thousands of demanding FHA and VA electrical, plumbing, heating, roofing, and structural inspections that we have performed throughout the years.

    Our inspectors are Illinois State Licensed and Certified ASHI members that have met the qualifications to deliver a unique combination of exceptional service and expert technical knowledge.

    Our inspections meet or exceed the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics specified by and performed in accordance with ASHI (The American Society of Home Inspectors)

    Safeco Home Inspections uses 3D inspection software and State of the Art Testing Equipment including Thermal Imaging.
